The plot centers around a family in rural Texas who are cannibals. The film is not actually inspired by a true story but is very, very loosely based on the serial killer Ed Gein, who did not use a chainsaw and did not work with his family. The movies include: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre II, Leatherface: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre III and Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation.

A robot (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is sent back in time to destroy the future mother of the man who will become a future resistance leader. Men will love the story because of the big explosions and action-packed plot. Women will enjoy the story because of the romance and in relating to the heroine's plight. There were three movies in this series: The Terminator, The Terminator II: Judgment Day and The Terminator III: Rise of the Machines.

The movie is not intended for young audiences as it contains disturbing language and themes. In fact, it has been known to terrify adults. The movie stars Linda Blair, Ellen Burstyn and Jason Miller. There is also a three volume set available that contains the original and Exorcist II and III.

In addition to better special effects, the plot centers around a woman whose child and husband have become the living dead, tried to attack her and somehow she has survived.
